A Room Full of Women (And It Felt So Good)

Last week we gathered for Sip. Shop. Support, and I’m still thinking about it.
It’s a rare thing to walk into a room that feels both beautiful and safe at the same time.

Warm lighting. Black and white tile floors. Gold frames catching the light. Champagne flutes lined up. Chocolate-dipped strawberries. A little white Gratitude Tree waiting for notes.
And then the best part, you.

To the women who showed up,Who bought tickets,Who bid enthusiastically,Who pinned notes to the tree,
Who stayed and talked long after the tasting sheets were filled out,
On behalf of our team and the Savannah Widows Society — thank you.
Because of your generosity, we raised nearly $2,500 to support widows right here in Savannah through monthly grants. That impact is real. And it only happens when women lean in the way you did.

The blind champagne tasting was, without question, the icebreaker of the year. Five bottles. No labels. Strong opinions. Confident guesses. And yes…the $7.99 Costco Prosecco absolutely held its own.
I’ve never seen a room bond faster than over surprise tasting results. It gave everyone something to laugh about, and then the conversations deepened from there. New friends. Old friends. Women settling into corners of the courtyard like they’d known each other for years.
That’s the kind of space we hope to create.
We also need to give a very special thank you to Courtyard Lifestyle by Chuck Chewning and Cuffy Sullivan. What absolutely wonderful hosts.
Their space isn’t just a store, it’s an experience. Every shelf styled. Every corner thoughtful. It truly embodies a “courtyard lifestyle;” layered, welcoming, collected, beautiful without trying too hard.
Do yourself a favor and go wander through. You’ll leave inspired (and likely with something you didn’t know you needed).
And to our sponsors, thank you for stepping in so generously and helping us elevate the evening::sparkles: Michael Caputo, First Coast Mortgage:sparkles:Jessica Neely, Beach Insurance Group:sparkles:Jeff Rubnitz, Rubnitz, Thompson, Ziblut:sparkles:Jeff Brady, Allstate Insurance

You made it sparkle in every sense.
And About Next Year…
We’re keeping it intimate. That’s part of the magic. And if this year was any indication, tickets won’t linger. Our clients will always hear first, so when you see that email, consider it your sign. Grab your seat. Invite a friend. Don’t assume you can decide later.
Savannah may take its time on RSVPs…but not for this.
